Baldock Town Twinning has been exchanging visits with our twin town partners for decades: Eisenberg in Germany since 1988, and since 1998 with Sanvignes (France).  Both towns have been twinned together since 1970, showing how such links endure.

 

The Association is a local group run and funded by the Baldock community and we welcome all those who share our aims of building international understanding and cooperation.

 

Language is never a barrier, and lasting friendships have been forged over the years. Indeed, these exchanges are a wonderful way of learning about different cultures and languages, especially for young people.

 

All this is funded by membership subscriptions and fund-raising events.
